
Broccoli Pesto

Description
Serve as an appetizer, alongside salad, pasta, or another side dish. You can also simply spread the pesto on crackers and pieces of vegetables.
Ingredients
- Broccoli 1 head
- Fresh basil leaves 10 pieces
- Lemon ½ piece
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 0.3 cups
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the broccoli and squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Place all the ingredients in a blender cup and blend well.
Step 2
Taste and add more salt or pepper as needed. If it seems too dry, add olive oil or 1–2 tablespoons of water. You can also add grated cheese to the pesto.
