Broccoli cheese casserole
Ingredients
- Broccoli 20 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Butter 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the washed, peeled, and cut into florets broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix together sour cream, eggs, and grated cheese, and season with spices and grated nutmeg.
Step 3
In a baking dish greased with butter and dusted with breadcrumbs, place the broccoli and pour the prepared mixture over it, then top with flakes of butter.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 20 minutes, until the egg mixture is set.
