Ingredients
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Morels 15 oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli and chop it coarsely.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with the onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Layer the broccoli, sautéed mushrooms with onion, and chopped crab meat in a baking dish. Grate the cheese on top. Mix everything and sprinkle with cheese. Add sour cream on top.
Step 4
Place the dish in the oven preheated to 390°F for 5 minutes.
