Ingredients
- Crayfish 25 pieces
- Water ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Bacon 25 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the flour in water, add the beaten egg, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Boil the crawfish in salted water, peel them, and remove the tails.
Step 3
Wrap each tail in a thin slice of bacon, secure with a skewer, dip in the prepared batter, and fry in hot oil.
Step 4
Remove the skewers and roll the hot fried rolls in ground almonds.
