  • Morels 20 oz
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Stale Bread ½ piece
  • Nutmeg a pinch
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 340°F.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Sauté in butter.

Step 3

Cut the stale white bread and soak it in milk. Then squeeze it out and blend it with the egg yolks and softened butter. Add the mushrooms, chopped parsley, and nutmeg.

Step 4

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the bread and mushroom mixture.

Step 5

Transfer the pudding to a greased baking dish and bake in the oven until cooked through.
