Brazil Nut and Cranberry Dressing
Ingredients
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Brazil Nuts 1 cup
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 tablespoons
- Sage 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Miso Paste 2 tablespoons
- Wild rice 2 cups
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Dried cranberries with sugar ½ cup
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the rice for 12-48 hours. Then drain.
Step 2
Soak the nuts for 2 hours.
Step 3
Place the garlic in a food processor and chop.
Step 4
Add the nuts to the garlic and chop until the size of rice.
Step 5
Add the soy sauce, rosemary, sage, salt, miso paste, and blend thoroughly.
Step 6
Transfer to a bowl and add the rice, finely chopped onion, and celery.
Step 7
Mix everything well and sprinkle with fresh cranberries.
