Brazil Nut and Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Brazil Nuts 1 cup
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Fresh Rose Hips 2 tablespoons
  • Sage 2 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Miso Paste 2 tablespoons
  • Wild rice 2 cups
  • Celery stalk 3 pieces
  • Dried cranberries with sugar ½ cup
  • Onion 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the rice for 12-48 hours. Then drain.

Step 2

Soak the nuts for 2 hours.

Step 3

Place the garlic in a food processor and chop.

Step 4

Add the nuts to the garlic and chop until the size of rice.

Step 5

Add the soy sauce, rosemary, sage, salt, miso paste, and blend thoroughly.

Step 6

Transfer to a bowl and add the rice, finely chopped onion, and celery.

Step 7

Mix everything well and sprinkle with fresh cranberries.
