Ingredients
- Aspen mushrooms 15 oz
- Water to taste
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste

Drain the water and rinse the mushrooms using a colander.
Step 3
Add butter to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes with a lid on.
Step 4
Add enough water to cover the mushrooms, cover with a lid, and braise for 30 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
