Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add salt and vinegar. Rinse the brains to remove membranes, then lower them into the water and cook for 3–5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and dry.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop it, and sauté in butter until light brown. Cut the brains into large cubes, add the onion, beat in 2 yolks, season with salt and pepper, mix, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
