- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Apple Wine 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Place the minced meat in a skillet and sauté over medium heat, stirring constantly and breaking up clumps.
Step 2
Pour in the wine and add the tomatoes. Mix well.
Step 3
Add the spices, stir, and simmer briefly.
Step 4
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
