Ingredients
- Veal Mince 15 oz
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Oregano a pinch
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it.
Step 2
Add the ground meat, chop it as finely as possible, and sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes and crushed garlic, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Pour in the cream, add the oregano, and bring to a boil again.
Step 5
Serve with spaghetti (pasta).
