Bolognese Lasagna with Fresh Pasta
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Lean Beef 35 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 15 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, eggs, oil, and water. Roll the resulting dough into a thin layer and cut it into several equal sheets.
Step 2
Chop all the vegetables and herbs and sauté them with the ground beef, adding salt and pepper.
Step 3
Layer the bottom of the baking dish with a layer of meat, then a sheet of lasagna, followed by more meat, and continue layering.
Step 4
Sprinkle cheese on each layer of lasagna.
Step 5
Bake the lasagna in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 375°F.
