Description

Even such a simple side dish as boiled potatoes can be extraordinarily delicious! Serve with any fish dishes.

  • New Potatoes 9 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Allspice berries 10 pieces
  • Thyme 2 sprigs
  • Bay leaf 4 pieces
  • Chopped Green Onions to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into four parts, place them in a pot with water, and boil over medium heat.

Step 2

When the water boils, add the seasoning (I use a seasoning mix), pepper, bay leaves, and thyme.

Step 3

Peel the garlic, cut it in half, and add it to the potatoes as well.

Step 4

Cook until done.

Step 5

Transfer the cooked potatoes to plates, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with dill.
