Boiled meat with mustard and vegetables

Ingredients

  • Meat 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Onion ½ piece
  • Pickles 2 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Mustard Greens to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut a slice of boiled meat of arbitrary thickness and fry it in vegetable oil on both sides, then add the diced leftover boiled potatoes to the same skillet.

Step 2

While the meat is frying, cut the tomatoes into 2–3 pieces, chop the onion, sprinkle it lightly with sugar, and soak it in a small amount of vinegar.

Step 3

Arrange the tomatoes, onion, meat, fried potatoes, and a couple of pickles on a board. I recommend eating the meat with mustard.

Step 4

Pour a shot from a chilled shot glass.
