Boiled Corn with Butter and Herbs
Ingredients
- Sweet Corn Sticks 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Parsley 1 stalk
- Arugula 0.3 bunches
- Salt to taste
- Lime Juice ½ teaspoon

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Clean the corn and break it if necessary.
Step 3
Put water on high heat and add salt (0.5 teaspoon).
Step 4
Once the water boils, add the corn and reduce the heat to medium.

Add a piece of butter (20 g). Cook for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the herbs.
Step 7
In a deep bowl, place a piece of butter and drizzle with lime juice.

Melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds.

Add the herbs, season with salt (a couple of pinches), and mix.

Place the cooked corn on foil, season with salt on all sides, and top with the prepared mixture.

Wrap the corn tightly in foil.

After 10 minutes, transfer to a plate and serve.
