Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Bacon 2 pieces
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil half of the potatoes. To speed up the process, you can cut them into even pieces. Check readiness by piercing the potatoes with a knife. This will take about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Mash the cooked potatoes. Do not add any water or milk.
Step 3
Grate the raw potatoes and also grate the onion.
Step 4
Add the mashed potatoes, milk, flour, and eggs to this mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the dough by hand.
Step 5
Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the bocsti for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Meanwhile, fry the chopped bacon in a dry skillet.
Step 7
Chop the green onion.
Step 8
Place the bocsti on a plate. Top with sour cream, bacon, and green onion. Ready.
