- Thyme 0 oz
- Fresh Berries 15 oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons

Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the finely chopped shallot and thyme leaves for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the blueberries, vinegar, and salt. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, stirring, until the berries start to burst and the sauce thickens slightly.
