  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Habanero Pepper 2 pieces
  • Fresh Berries 2 cups
  • Bourbon ½ cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 0.3 cups
  • Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 tablespoon
  • Ground clove 0.1 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft, about 3–4 minutes.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Pour in the bourbon, increase the heat, and cook for another 5 minutes until the bourbon has mostly evaporated.
