Black pasta with seafood in a creamy sauce
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Mussels 10 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves ½ bunches
- Dorbly Cheese 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Coarse Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the shrimp and peel them, leaving the tails on. Sauté in olive oil for 4-5 minutes with minced garlic cloves. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Then remove the garlic.
Step 2
Thaw the mussels and place them in a skillet.
Step 3
Pour in the cream and simmer for about 7 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the grated cheese and stir.
Step 5
Add the shrimp to the sauce and simmer, stirring constantly, until the cheese is fully melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sauté them lightly in salted olive oil.
Step 7
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 8
Plate the spaghetti, drizzle with the cheese and cream sauce, garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil, and serve! Enjoy your meal!
