Black Grape and Dried Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- Concord Grapes 25 oz
- Cider 1 cup
- Dried cranberries with sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the grapes and cider. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes. Then strain through a sieve, pressing out all the juice. Return to the saucepan.
Step 2
Add the cranberries and simmer over low heat until the cranberries are soft, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cool.
