Ingredients

  • Prosciutto 8 pieces
  • Goat cheese 5 oz
  • Green Figs 8 pieces
  • Lemon Balm 2 tablespoons
  • Pistachios to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Line a steamer with parchment paper and make holes in it. Cut the figs into quarters without cutting through the skin. Place a piece of goat cheese inside each fig.

Step 2

Place the figs in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 5-8 minutes until the figs are soft and the cheese is warm, but do not let it melt.

Step 3

Carefully wrap each fig in a piece of prosciutto, generously sprinkle with black pepper, and drizzle with lemon oil. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
