Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Canned Pork with Beans 15 oz
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grill the pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Dice it and place it in a suitable bowl.
Step 2
Add the rinsed black beans, finely chopped red onion, chopped parsley, a pinch of chili, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Mix and let it marinate. The longer the dish marinates, the tastier it will be.
