Ingredients

  • Olives 3 cups
  • Shallots 3 heads
  • Sambuca 5 fl oz
  • Extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Thyme 0 oz
  • Red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the olives and dry them. Chop the shallots, garlic, and thyme, and zest half of the orange.

Step 2

Mix the olives with all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Before serving, take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes in advance.
