Ingredients
- Oat flakes 2 cups
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Star anise ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove 4 pieces
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add salt, pour in the oat flakes, and cook until the porridge becomes thick.
Step 2
During cooking, remove the foam that forms on the surface.
Step 3
Pour the cooked porridge with milk, stir, bring to a boil, and remove any uncooked flakes.
Step 4
Place the pot with the porridge on low heat, cook for 10–15 minutes, gradually add sugar while stirring, add spices, and cook for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
After that, pour in the cream, stir, and remove the porridge from the heat.
