Description

It is best to serve the finished dish on a still hot skillet. Since the breakfast is quite rich, it is better to serve it with a mug of chilled bread kvass. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Pork fat 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Kupaty (sausage) 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fat into small pieces and fry in a hot skillet until crispy. Remove the cracklings from the skillet onto a paper towel.

Step 2

Fry even slices of bacon, about 1 cm thick, and line the bottom of a plate with them.

Step 3

Grate the peeled and washed potatoes on a fine grater along with 1 onion.

Step 4

Add 1 egg, salt, and pepper to taste, as well as a bit of finely chopped dill and parsley to the mixture.

Step 5

Mix thoroughly and drain off any excess juice.

Step 6

In the hot fat, fry the draniki (about 2 tablespoons of mixture per draniki).

Step 7

Fry the second onion, cut into half rings, along with the kupaty and the second egg, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 8

Place the draniki on the bacon, garnishing with fried onions, cracklings, and sour cream. Arrange the egg and kupaty beside it. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining finely chopped dill and parsley.
