- Beetroot 3 pieces
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Spanish onions 15 oz
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wrap the beetroot in foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour and 45 minutes until tender. Unwrap and cool.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add finely chopped onion and horseradish. Mix well.
Step 3
Peel the beetroot and cut it into small cubes. Transfer to the bowl with the onion mixture. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 1 day.
