Description
You can also make a sauce for the salmon by whipping heavy cream and mixing it with grated horseradish, a pinch of salt, and white pepper.

- Beetroot 5 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in a suitable container, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and gently massage them into the fish using light, circular motions.
Step 2
Grate the beetroot using a coarse grater, and grate the horseradish, ginger, and lemon zest using a fine grater.
Step 3
Mix everything together and spread it over the fish, drizzle with lemon juice, vodka, and finely chopped dill. Place in the refrigerator for a day.
Step 4
Serve with toasted black bread.
