Ingredients
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Blue Cheese 0 oz
- Basil to taste
- Arugula to taste
- Buckwheat Groats 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bake or boil the beetroot, peel it, and cut into slices 2–3 mm thick.
Step 2
Slice the cheese.
Step 3
In a glass, gently mix the oil, mustard, and honey without crushing the mustard seeds. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix again.
Step 4
On a bed of arugula, arrange a tower of beetroot and cheese, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with basil.
