  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Cilantro 16½ g
  • Celery salt 5 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds 0 oz
  • Pomegranate Seeds 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Boil the beets, let them cool, and peel them.
