- Mustard Greens 35 oz
- Walnuts 10 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Malt Vinegar to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the greens and simmer on low heat for half an hour.
Step 2
Drain the greens and pass them through a meat grinder along with the herbs, nuts, onion, garlic, and pepper.
Step 3
Add salt and wine vinegar. Serve cold.
