Ingredients
- Yellow Beets 1 piece
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the unpeeled beet thoroughly, boil, cool, and peel.
Step 2
Peel the pickles from the skin and seeds.
Step 3
Peel and wash the onion.
Step 4
Chop finely.
Step 5
Fry in heated oil (0.5 tablespoons).
Step 6
Peel the garlic.
Step 7
Pass all prepared vegetables through a meat grinder.
Step 8
Add salt and pepper.
Step 9
Add the remaining oil.
