  • Tomatoes Concasse 0 oz
  • Shallot 0 oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Marinate the beef in soy sauce with grainy mustard and leave it in a warm place for one hour, turning the meat regularly.

Step 2

Then, in a hot skillet, sear the beef on all sides until browned.

Step 3

After searing, let the meat rest for 5–7 minutes. Then slice it thinly. The meat should be rare inside but at room temperature.

Step 4

Place the beef on a plate. Top it with diced tomatoes that have been seasoned with olive oil, scallions, salt, and pepper.

Step 5

If desired, you can add soy sauce or another sauce of your choice next to the meat on the plate.
