Ingredients
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Veal Tenderloin 5 oz
- Pickled capers 1 tablespoon
- Onion 0 oz
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pesto 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slightly thaw the frozen beef, cut it into thin slices, and then chop it into cubes.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and soak it for 5 minutes in a container with vinegar and water. After draining, add it to the chopped beef.
Step 3
Chop the capers and add them to the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the meat mixture on a plate, make a small indentation on the surface, and carefully add the yolk.
Step 5
Garnish the dish carefully with pesto.
Step 6
Serve with toast made from black or whole grain bread.
