Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the beef tenderloin and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Slice the red onion and bell peppers into strips.
Step 3
In a heated skillet, sauté the prepared beef and vegetables, adding paprika, sugar, salt, TABASCO sauce, pepper, and tomato sauce.
Step 4
Shape the taco shells into 'boats' and toast them in a salamander. Fill the prepared mixture into the shells, garnish with cilantro, a wedge of lime, and serve with sour cream, tomato salsa, and guacamole on the side.
