Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cream 5 oz
- Morels 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Sesame bun 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the beef across the grain into thin pieces (about 1.5 cm thick) and sauté in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Add 100 ml of water and simmer for 15 minutes until the meat is tender.
Step 3
Then add the mushrooms, cream, and mustard, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully cut the top off the bun and remove the insides. Toast the bun in the oven until crispy, about 7 minutes.
Step 5
Fill the bun with the warmed beef stroganoff.
