- Beef 30 oz
- Kidney fat ¼ ml

- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop 2 pounds of soft beef with 1/4 pound of kidney fat and 2 onions, add pepper, salt, 1 bread roll soaked in water and squeezed, and 2 eggs. Mix until smooth, shape into a single ball, and fry it in a skillet with 1/8 pound of Chukhon oil.
Step 2
