Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys 15 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Chicken skin with fat 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly clean the liver, cut it into pieces, and boil until cooked.
Step 2
Slice the onion and carrot into rings and sauté in melted chicken fat.
Step 3
Pass the liver, onion, and carrot through a meat grinder twice.
Step 4
Whip the mixture, gradually adding warm broth.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to the resulting pâté, garnish with herbs and finely chopped hard-boiled eggs.
