Ingredients

  • Beef 20 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Arugula to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the beef, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the meat, slice it thinly. Between two layers of plastic wrap, gently pound it, season with salt and pepper. Remove the wrap and place it on a plate.

Step 3

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 4

Top the meat with arugula.

Step 5

Slice the Parmesan cheese thinly and arrange it on the plate as well.

Step 6

Drizzle the dish with balsamic vinegar to taste.
