
Beef Braised in Its Own Juices

Description
A lot of juice was produced. The meat is very tasty; you can eat it drizzled with the juice, or you can have it on a sandwich!!!
Ingredients
- Beef 30 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Toasted Cumin Seeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the piece of beef. Pat it dry with a paper towel. Stuff it with a piece of garlic. Rub it with salt, pepper, and cumin. Lightly coat it with mustard.
Step 2
Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil into the slow cooker, place the meat inside, add a couple of tablespoons of water, bay leaf, and set it to the stewing mode for 3 hours. After an hour and a half, I turned the meat over.
