
Beef and Chicken Salad with Radishes and Pickles

Description
This salad is very simple and quite filling. Do not discard the broth from cooking the meat: it can be used for making soups or sauces (it can be frozen or used immediately). Fresh herbs can also be added to the salad, but just a little.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Boneless pork shoulder 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Turnips 6 pieces
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns 10 pieces
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the main ingredients.
Step 2
Pour water into a pot, add pepper, bay leaves, and salt.
Step 3
Then add the chopped carrot and the whole onion.
Step 4
Place the meat into the boiling broth.
Step 5
Cook over medium heat.
Step 6
Do not forget to skim the foam from the broth: it may be needed later.
Step 7
Shred the cooked chicken meat with a fork.
Step 8
Do the same with the beef.
Step 9
Place the shredded meat into a bowl.
Step 10
Wash the radishes and prepare the pickles.

Slice the radishes into thin strips.
Step 12
Slice the pickles into strips.
Step 13
Add the vegetables to the meat.
Step 14
Add mayonnaise.
Step 15
Mix everything together.
