Ingredients
- Butter 4 spoons
- Wheat Flour ¼ glasses
- Milk 2 glasses
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch

Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Step 2
Add the flour and mix well with a wooden spoon. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the flour starts to change color slightly.
Step 3
Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly and breaking up any lumps.
Step 4
Cook until the sauce begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper, and add nutmeg.
