Ingredients

- Gruyère cheese 0 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt half of the butter with the olive oil in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk while continuing to stir. Season with salt and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the ravioli in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pieces of butter. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the cheese melts and turns into a delicious crust.
