Ingredients
- Minced garlic 3 tablespoons
- Water 4 tablespoons
- Salt 3 teaspoons
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Chili Flakes 6 tablespoons

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pass the garlic through a meat grinder or another kitchen chopper, add the pepper, water, salt, and sugar. It should form a fairly thick paste.
Step 3
Mix well. Let it sit for 1–2 hours, stirring the mixture occasionally to ensure the salt and pepper dissolve.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a jar, close the lid, and place it in the refrigerator.
