Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- TABASCO® 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in a mixture of butter and olive oil.
Step 2
Next, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and let it evaporate.
Step 3
Mix everything together and add 180 g of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of TABASCO, and mustard.
Step 4
Cook for about 15 minutes, then add salt, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a bit of chili powder.
