Description

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Purée the banana. Whisk the egg yolk, then add the milk, banana, and melted butter, and beat for 1 minute.

Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid and mix using a whisk or mixer.

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter.

Cook in a dry skillet on one side until bubbles form, then flip.
