Ingredients
- Courgette 25 oz
- Potato 15 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 spoons
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Oregano 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a baking dish, combine the chopped zucchini, diced potatoes, thinly sliced bell pepper, parsley, minced garlic, sliced onion, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and finely chopped tomatoes. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle oregano on top.
Step 3
Place in the oven for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
