Baked zucchini sticks with garlic and Herbes de Provence
Ingredients
- Courgette 20 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then cut each half into small sticks. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil, skin side down.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Drizzle over the zucchini and place in the oven on the top rack for 5 minutes. During this time, the zucchini should slightly brown at the ends; if not, leave them for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
