Baked Turkey Liver Pâté
Ingredients
- Turkey 20 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and cut the onion into 2 cm pieces.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and cut the carrot into 2 cm pieces.
Step 4
Wash and dry the liver. Layer the onion and carrot at the bottom of a glass pot, season with salt and spices. Place the liver on top of the vegetables. Season with salt and spices.
Step 5
Place in the preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Step 7
Blend until creamy in a blender.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the pâté on foil, shape it into a log, and seal it on all sides.
Step 9
Put it in the preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool. For serving, place it in a mold.
