Ingredients
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Parsley 3 stems
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Breadcrumbs 6 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stems, cut the tomatoes in half, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Salt the resulting cavities, turn the tomatoes upside down, and let them sit for an hour.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes in a baking dish in a single layer. Mix the finely chopped garlic and parsley and distribute the mixture over the tomatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil, and bake for about 1 hour at 355°F. The tomatoes should become soft and fully cooked. Serve immediately in the same dish.
