Preheat the oven to 445°F.

Thoroughly rinse the sweet potatoes and cut them into small wedges (you can peel them if desired). Transfer to a bowl.

Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil, chili sauce, and soy sauce, then sprinkle with pepper. Toss well to combine and spread them in an even layer on a baking sheet.

Place in the oven for about 20–25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
