- Lightly salted sulguni cheese 10 oz
- Tomato 1 piece
- Dried Oregano 2 teaspoons

Slice the cheese and arrange it in a single layer on a cast-iron skillet or a ceramic baking dish.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the tomato and finely chop the flesh.
Step 3
Evenly sprinkle the cheese with the chopped tomato and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 4
Bake the cheese for about 7-10 minutes until it is fully melted. Do not wait for it to brown completely.
Step 5
Remove the cheese from the oven and sprinkle with oregano.
